You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use paid Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian (where required by applicable law). You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete.
We may integrate native account and student dashboard features in the future; if we do, we will update these Terms accordingly.

- Pay the applicable fees shown or communicated at the time of purchase,

05
Refunds and Cancellations
Aartex offers refunds according to its refund rules communicated at the time of purchase/enrollment (for example on the program page, invoice, WhatsApp confirmation, or written email) (the “Refund Policy”).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@aartexedu.com with:
- Your full registered name,
- Program or service purchased,
- Proof of payment / invoice receipt,
- Clear reason for the refund request.
Important Refund Guidelines
- Refund eligibility varies by program type (online courses vs. live interactive classes vs. 1:1 mentoring) and the portion of the Service already delivered.
- If a Service has been substantially delivered (e.g. mentoring sessions held, learning material accessed extensively, or certificates issued), refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by law.
- Any payment gateway or banking transaction charges may be non-refundable and deducted from the final amount.
06
Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Attendance
For live interactive classes and 1:1 mentoring sessions:
- Session schedules are established in advance and communicated via the Website, email, or student messaging groups.
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor availability, technical issues, safety, or operational requirements with reasonable prior notice.
- You are responsible for joining sessions punctually and maintaining compatible hardware, software, and stable internet access.
- If you miss a scheduled session, make-up options (if any) are determined strictly by individual program policies communicated upon enrollment.
07
Certificates (Eligibility, Verification, & Misuse)
Where a program provides an Aartex Certificate of Completion, issuance is subject to:
- Minimum attendance criteria (for live programs),
- Complete submission of required coursework, projects, or assignments,
- Achieving passing benchmarks on assessments (if applicable),
- Full compliance with these Terms and community ethical standards.
Certificate Rules: Certificates are issued exclusively to the individual learner and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke any certificate if plagiarism, cheating, identity misrepresentation, or terms violations are discovered. Third parties may contact Aartex to verify credentials.
